Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 48 hrs before start of tour for a full refund. You can reschedule your tour up to 24 hrs before without charge. No-shows & bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs before the scheduled start of the tour are non-refundable. Vintage Bus Tours reserves the right to cancel tours in the event of extreme weather or staff sickness, in this event a full refund will be given. Please be at your chosen pickup point 5 minutes prior to the given time. If at any point during the tour you feel unwell, inform the driver immediately. Vehicles are selected subject to availability, we reserve the right to change vehicles without prior notice.
